Question by coastiewife: do I have a cavity?
I have had a dull tooth ache in one of my molars for a day or so. Its not sensitive to cold or heat and I can eat ok, it just aches. I also noticed what might be a tiny black dot on top if my tooth down in the crevaces that won't go away despite brushing and rinsing. I am 27 and only had 1 cavity a few years ago found on a routine x-ray. It was a total suprise, I never had symptoms. My teeth and gums are healthy, I know how to take care of them.
