Is there anyway to tell if you have one 1st of all? Due to the fact at some point in time all of my teeth have hurt, even the ones with fillings. But a single of my front teeth has a small white spot with a tiny dark spot in the center and it hurts. I have one more tooth, with a different colour spot on it also, and nothing's incorrect with it. If it is a cavity even though and they fill it, will they use
